• Messages you send through the Contact page.
• Technical data needed to run the store, such as a cart session cookie and security logs.

We do not receive or store your full card number — payments are handled by our payment provider.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and install your order, and to contact you about it.
• To answer your questions and handle returns and warranty claims.
• To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and do not send marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the store, under contract and for these purposes: our payment provider, our database and hosting providers, and delivery or installation partners who need your address and phone number to complete your order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes (generally up to 5 years). Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us through the Contact page. We respond within 30 days.
