Orders and prices

• Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). The total shown before payment is the amount charged.
• Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or a price was clearly wrong.
• Product photos are for illustration; the specifications on each product page describe the item you receive.

Delivery and installation

Delivery is available in Singapore. Fees and times are described in the Shipping Policy. Optional installation costs S$50 per item and is scheduled with you after checkout.

Returns and warranty

You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery as set out in the Return Policy. Manufacturer warranties apply as stated on each product page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation by third parties or use contrary to the product instructions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
